Short answer: Go to the PRO dashboard Settings page, scroll to Shop Profile, and upload your logo image. Until you upload a logo, your shop name appears as text in the report header. Uploading a logo replaces that text with your actual image.
How to Upload Your Logo
- Sign in at dashboard.obdai.app
- Click the Settings gear icon in the sidebar
- In the Shop Profile section, click Upload Logo or drag your image onto the upload area
- Your logo appears immediately in the Report Branding Preview below the form
- Click Save Changes
All reports generated after saving will include your logo.
What Happens Without a Logo
If you have not uploaded a logo, your shop name appears as large text in the report header alongside your phone, email, and address. Your reports are still fully branded with your shop information — you just won’t have a logo image in the corner.
To add a logo image, upload one in Settings and save. All new reports generated after saving will include it.

The logo displays at approximately 60×60 pixels tall in the report header but the PDF renders at print quality — upload a higher resolution image than the preview suggests you need.
Tips for Best Results
Square images work best. The logo area is square. A rectangular logo will have empty space above and below (landscape) or on the sides (portrait).
PNG with transparent background looks cleanest on the white report header. A JPG with a white background also works fine.
At least 300×300 pixels. The on-screen preview is small but the PDF is print quality. A low-resolution logo will appear blurry on printed reports handed to customers.
Under 2MB. If your file is too large, use a free tool like Squoosh to resize it before uploading.
Report Branding Preview
After uploading, the Report Branding Preview card on the Settings page shows how your header will look on generated reports — your logo, shop name, phone, email, and address. Check this before generating your next report.
Removing or Changing Your Logo
A Remove link appears next to your logo after uploading. Click it to delete the current logo. Your shop name will appear as text in the header on new reports until you upload a replacement.
