Where you manage your OBDAI access depends on where—and sometimes when—you purchased it. Find your purchase type below.
1. Purchased through an app store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, that store handles your subscription and payments.
To manage your subscription or make billing changes, use the subscription section of the store where you purchased. Sign in with the Apple, Google, or Microsoft account used for that purchase, not your OBDAI store account.
App-store subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewal; your access continues through the paid period.

2. Prepaid licenses: Amazon and older OBDAI purchases
This applies if you:
- Purchased an OBDAI prepaid license or bundle through Amazon, or
- Purchased directly from OBDAI before June 6, 2026.
Your prepaid year begins when you activate your license—not when you buy it. It expires 365 days after activation.
Prepaid licenses do not automatically renew. There is no recurring subscription to cancel, and you will not be automatically charged for another year.
OBDAI sends expiration reminders before your prepaid access ends, with information about continuing your access. Check the inbox and spam folder for the email associated with your OBDAI app account.
If you have since purchased a recurring subscription, manage that new subscription through the store where you purchased it.
3. Purchased directly from OBDAI on or after June 6, 2026
Subscriptions purchased directly from obdai.app on or after June 6, 2026 are managed through the OBDAI online store.
Go to My Account → Subscriptions and sign in with your OBDAI store login and password. Open your subscription to manage it and view the available subscription and billing options.
Your store account is separate from your OBDAI app login. Signing into the app does not sign you into the online store. If you cannot remember your store password, use the password-reset option on the store login page.
These subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal; your access continues through the period you have already paid for.
Not sure which type you have?
Check your purchase receipt:
- Apple, Google, or Microsoft receipt: Manage your subscription through that app store.
- Amazon purchase: Your included license is prepaid.
- OBDAI receipt dated before June 6, 2026: Your original purchase is prepaid.
- OBDAI subscription purchase dated June 6, 2026 or later: Manage it through your OBDAI store account.
